In the construction period, in order to ensure our client is having a thorough understanding in the construction progress, we would submit and present construction programme report, quality report and assess every detail of work to our client. We are also obliged to handle queries and follow up complaints for our clients, so as to assure a smooth program development and create a comfortable living environment for the clients.

Our consultants are Qualified Hong Kong Registered Professionals; they include Registered Architect, Registered Engineers, Chartered Surveyor and Registered Planner. As to upkeep the standards of our staff, a quality management system is set up according to ISO9001 international standard, to document the responsibilities and work progress of staff and to act as a guideline for their best performance.
